Whenever you have an issue they are incredibly supportive of finding a resolution that suits you. Whenever I have had an issue they have been able to find time for me the next day!

Mikaela does cleanings while I sit up, which means she has to stand throughout the session. I really appreciate the extra effort to accommodate me.
